Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Payments, Transactions, and Deposits in Malaysian Ringgit
Platform Financial Policy
All transactions on the 53100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposited funds are lawful and originate from legal sources.
Deposits: Users can deposit funds using available payment methods including TNG eWallet and FPX online banking. Minimum deposit limits depend on the chosen method and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification. 53100 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if fraud or term violations are suspected. Processing times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Refunds: Deposits already used for betting are non-refundable. Unused deposits may be withdrawn subject to the current withdrawal policy.
Tax: Users are fully responsible for any taxes or financial obligations arising from winnings or transactions conducted on this platform in accordance with Malaysian law.
Account Policy, Liability Limits, and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
53100 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if:
- Users violate any provisions of these terms;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities;
- Accounts inactive for longer than the specified period;
- Receiving instructions from relevant authorities;
- Users provide false information during registration.
Platform Liability Limits
53100 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users including:
- Loss of data or account access due to factors beyond control;
- Service interruptions due to system maintenance or technical issues;
- Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party use of the platform.
53100’s maximum liability to users, under any circumstances, will not exceed the amount of unused deposits in the respective account.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 53100 platform are the exclusive property of 53100 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content without prior written permission.
